November and December will be combined
for our next procurement push. Our focus...KIDS! What
would parents want to bid on for their children? What would
kids love to have? There are so many great ideas....parties,
ski rentals, classes, tutoring, gift certificates, electronics, and
toys with a value of $50 or more are a few ideas.
Our goal is to have 250 items by
Christmas Break and we can do it!
Take procurement forms with you when you are doing your Christmas
shopping. Businesses are more willing to support a customer!

We are looking for someone to fill an open auction
position. Please consider helping out this year. We
have a great team and we
need you!!
Raffle Chair: We
have the raffle ideas, it would be your job to see it through.
As chair you would be in charge of pre-auction marketing, recruiting
volunteers to sell tickets at the event, displaying raffle items,
and printing tickets. This is a fun position!
