Partner Community Managers: Robyn Schutz & Suzanne Lavine

About Robyn: Robyn has been with Microsoft for 6 years.  Most recently, Robyn has been in the Worldwide Partner Group responsible for developing the strategy and launching the Small Business Specialist Community outside of the US.

Prior to joining the WW Partner Group, Robyn spent several years in the Windows Server Marketing Group, where she spent time developing partner projects including the development of the Certified for Windows 2000 ISV program to recruit and help ISVs develop solutions based on the Windows 2000 platform.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Robyn held a variety of marketing positions at SpaceLabs and Data Critical in Seattle. Robyn also owned a very successful business which focused on event management for major corporations in the Tucson, Phoenix and Palm Springs area.

In her spare time, Robyn enjoys spending time with her husband, her dog as well as traveling, cooking, gardening and wine tasting!

About Suzanne: During Suzanne Lavine’s 12 years at Microsoft, she has served in a variety of roles; currently working as Partner Community Manager. Starting out as a Microsoft Partner Representative, she moved to Partner Account Manager, and spent 5 years as a Sales Manager.

Prior to working at Microsoft, Suzanne held positions as Microsoft Marketing Manager at 800-SOFTWARE, sales and product management positions at Honeywell Information Systems and Bull Printing Systems, DataPoint, and BaronData,.

She is very active in the community having served on the Boards of Rubicon Programs and Chabot Space & Science Center, and currently volunteers for Furry Friends Rescue, and serves on the Advisory Councils for both Cal State East Bay SBDC and for the California Statewide SBDC Advisory Board. Her favorite hobbies are spending time with her family, traveling, or riding one of her 3 horses and playing with her foster and rescue dogs!
