Partner Community Manager: John Hermann & Glenn Osako


About John: 9 years with Microsoft & 6 with the small & midmarket team. Known for originating the “Circle of Trust” best practice embraced throughout the US. Have held various roles within SMS&P including: Strategic Engagement Manager, Partner Account Manager and most recently Partner Community Manager. Have a passion for channel development, and evangelizing the “Partnering for Profit” message to our technology partners. 20-year resident of Colorado, and currently reside south of Denver.
 

About Glenn: Glenn joined Microsoft in 1997 and held a variety of field sales positions including account executive, partner account manager and most recently, business development manager for the NSI team in the US Partner Group. As a PAM, Glenn was responsible for channel strategy and managing the partner ecosystem in the West region.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Glenn was a Senior Systems Engineer at Apple Computer, Inc. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
